Dresden has no clue just how bad things are going to get. There was a time, back in the year 2000 or so, when I was pretty burned out by sci-fi and fantasy. Post book for GO Prompt: For subsequent, who wanted Harry and Crowley, meetings. It turns out I'm currently reading through the Dresden Files books (I'm on Book 5: Death Masks). Dear People, Have not been here for a while, just browsed the threads about J.Butcher and The Dresden Files searching for news of this disaster, found an old one and another recommending that the series is worth a look! If you're waiting for the next “Dresden Files”, the latest one is “Changes” (out soon). Warnings/Notes: Set somewhere around Death Masks for DF, I think. He was on fire and all the way through the book i'm thinking this is incredible everything connecting beautifuly he realy knows where he wants to take this story,HE is. This is a reprint of a book midway through the series. Now mash all that stuff into one book. But we have already seen "Character Death" in Grave Peril, if I remember. I love the Dresden Files (Even Turn Coat, Morgan's death was a seriously emotional time for me), and I waited for Cold Days for a whole year, A WHOLE YEAR (like everyone else, but so what), so I was really, seriously, very much hyped for it. Death Masks is book #5 of The Dresden Files. Sometimes being Harry Dresden really sucks. With Word of Jim leaks starting up about Skin Game, the 15th book of The Dresden Files, this sub-page is probably needed to separate speculation about this particular book from plot predictions in general. In a Q&A for Cold Days, Jim briefly mentioned that the Denarians show up every time a book is a multiple of five (Death Masks is five and Small Favor is ten). Showing the best of both Grave Peril and Summer Knight, combined with an improvement of wit easily noticeable in the prose, Death Masks marks a great next book in the already fun and furious Dresden Files series. I want you to think of the scope of some of the previous novels.
